Rosemary-Grilled Mackerel Fillets

材料:

• Smart Choice輕鹽挪威鯖魚片3塊 (約400克)
• 新鮮迷迭香2小束
• 食用油適量
• 青檸檬半個
• 香草鹽適量

Ingredients:

• 3 pieces (around 400g) of Smart Choice Salted Norway Mackerel Fillets
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• Cooking oil
• 1/2 lime
• Salt with herbs and spices (to taste)

做法:

1. 將鯖魚解凍,清洗乾淨抹乾水,在魚背肉上以刀劃十字;
2. 在烤爐架上塗抹橄欖油,鋪放迷迭香,再放上鯖魚(魚皮向上);
3. 烤箱預熱後,以220 °C(上下火)烤10分鐘後,關掉下火,上火再烤10分鐘,讓魚皮表面烤出微焦色;
4. 適量撒上香草鹽,食用時可滴一些青檸檬汁。

註:此產品本身已用輕鹽醃製,建議先試味後再酌量加鹽調味。

Instructions:

1. Defrost the Mackerel from frozen, wash, drain and dried with towel. Make few diagonal cuts in the skin side of the fish.
2. Spray a thin layer of cooking oil on the grill pan, put the fresh rosemary in and place the mackerel fillets on it (skin-side up).
3. Preheat the oven. Bake the fish under 220 °C (top and bottom heat on) for 10 minutes. Turn off the bottom heat and bake the fish for another 10 minutes until the skin turns to golden brown color.
4. Add herbal and spices salt to taste, squeeze the lime juice on the fish and serve.

Note: This product is already seasoned with light salt, suggest taste before adding additional seasonings.
